How To Be Fluent In French Language?

Anyone who is not French and have studied the French language?

I am not french but I am completely bilingual in French and English. The way I learned was through French Immersion. From kindergarten to grade 12 I was in French language schools. This is INTEGRAL in becoming fluent in a language… kids learn languages much better than adults. The only other way to become really proficient is to live in a place where you HAVE to learn the language. Move to Quebec (not Montreal, though… everyone speaks English there) and you will have no choice but to learn French.
